There are 10 millions citizens of Jakarta. The area of the city itself is 700 km square. It is very unlikely for a person to meet his/her relatives coincidentally. Also, for a person to meet the same stranger twice coincidentally.
Unless.. nothing is ever coincidental. From up above, God plans two people to meet each other or otherwise.
The encounter of two persons always has meanings underneath. To teach us, to inspire us, to save us, or even to destroy us. Meeting or not meeting another person can be both good and bad. Yet it has been destined.
If we're keen on that person, then we shall be grateful. If we secretly loathe the person, then we shall be wise. For in the end, if God wants two people to meet, no matter how far they are apart, no matter how hard each person tries to hide and run, they will meet. Likewise, if God does not want any encounter to happen between them, no matter how hard they try to reach each other, they will never meet.
In life, some people are meant to come, then walk away, and never come back. Some others, though, stay. Appreciate them.
